What Changes Have Been Made To ACS Skills Assessment Fees From 01 November 2025?

1. Overview

ACS has announced an increase in fees for all Assessment Pathway Applications. The current fees will rise by 3.3%, and the new pricing will take effect from 1st November 2025.

2. Details of the fee adjustment

The fee adjustments range from $16 to $48 across different assessment categories. Among these, the General Skills Assessment shows the highest increase, rising from $1,450 to $1,498 (an increase of $48), while the Appeal Level 1 fee sees the smallest change, up by $16.

3. Processing time notice

After the holiday period, ACS usually receives a higher volume of applications submitted in December and January, leading to processing backlogs. As a result, the processing time may be extended by approximately three additional weeks compared to the usual timeframe.
