Subclass 820

Subclass 801

- You must hold a subclass 820 visa or a subclass 445 (Dependent Child) visa.
- You must demonstrate that your relationship with your spouse or de facto partner is genuine and continuing.

Temporary Partner Visa Stage (Subclass 820)
