Eligibility Criteria for Subclass 407 Visa
To be eligible for the Subclass 407 visa, you must:
Doanh nghiệp bảo trợ
Bắt buộc phải có một công ty tại Úc đứng ra ký kết bảo lãnh.
Educational qualifications
Tối thiểu đã tốt nghiệp từ bậc Cao đẳng trở lên, đảm bảo ngành học phải có tính tương đồng và phù hợp với vị trí sẽ đào tạo.
Experience
Yêu cầu có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành nghề liên quan, đi kèm với đầy đủ giấy tờ, chứng từ chứng minh rõ ràng.
Chuyên môn & bằng cấp
Đáp ứng yêu cầu về trình độ chuyên môn, kỹ năng, bằng cấp hoặc đăng ký hành nghề (nếu nghề nghiệp yêu cầu).

Có chứng chỉ IELTS từ 4.5 hoặc các bằng cấp tiếng Anh tương đương.

Subclass 407 visa Application Process
Nộp hồ sơ TAS
Doanh nghiệp nộp hồ sơ xin giấy phép bảo lãnh (TAS).

Nộp hồ sơ đề cử
Sau khi có TAS, doanh nghiệp nộp hồ sơ đề cử nhân viên được bảo lãnh.
Visa Lodgement Stage
Sau khi doanh nghiệp được duyệt hồ sơ đề cử, đương đơn nộp hồ sơ xin visa nếu đủ điều kiện.
Xét duyệt hồ sơ
Chờ hồ sơ visa xét và bổ sung thêm giấy tờ nếu có yêu cầu.

1. Can I lodge the Sponsorship, Nomination, and Visa applications concurrently?
That is not possible. You must have an active approved sponsor and an approved nomination in place prior to submitting your visa application to the Department.
2. Am I permitted to engage in additional employment while undergoing my training?
Condition 8102 restricts your employment to activities essential to your academic or vocational training. Undertaking unrelated manual work or secondary jobs not stipulated in your training plan is unauthorized and may lead to visa cancellation.
3. My Subclass 407 visa is nearing its expiry date; am I eligible to apply for an extension?
Extension of a 407 visa is not permitted under current regulations. If you wish to continue your stay, it is mandatory to apply for a new visa and secure a fresh nomination.
