Migration Skills Assessment
For applicants with a senior managers applying for a skilled visa under Subclass 189, 190 or 491.
Qualification Assessment (485)
For graduates applying for the Subclass 485 (Temporary Graduate visa).

1. How long is an IML skills assessment outcome valid for?
An IML skills assessment outcome is generally valid for 3 years from the date of issue. However, some outcomes issued under previous guidelines are valid for 2 Years. You can check the exact validity period on your assessment outcome letter.
2. Can I apply for a skills assessment for more than one occupation at the same time?
No. Each assessment application will only be evaluated for one nominated occupation..
You need to select the occupation that best matches your qualifications and experience, and provide relevant documentation for that occupation. If you wish to be evaluated for a different occupation, you will have to submit a new assessment application along with the corresponding supporting evidence.
3. Do I need to provide an English language test certificate when applying for a skills assessment?
No. IML ANZ does not require applicants to submit English language certificates during the skills assessment process.
