VETASSESS has introduced two new enhancements to its online portal, making the application process more streamlined and convenient for applicants.

1. DAMA Renewal & Reassessment Applications Now Available Online

Applicants under the Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA) program can now lodge renewal and reassessment applications directly through the VETASSESS portal.

Reassessment: Available within 12 months of the completion date of the initial assessment. Applicants may apply for the same or a different occupation.

Renewal: Available within 3 years of the completion date of the initial assessment for the same occupation, provided the original assessment received a Suitable outcome.

2. Electronic Declarations Now Available

The application declaration process has now been upgraded from manual signatures to electronic signatures, making it quicker and more convenient to complete your application. Applicants and their authorised representatives can now sign the declaration online directly through the VETASSESS portal. If you've already downloaded and manually signed your declaration, you can still upload the signed form and submit your application as usual.
