Điều kiện về visa
Phải giữ visa diện tay nghề vùng regional (subclass 491 hoặc 494) trong ít nhất 3 năm trước khi nộp đơn.
Thu nhập và thuế
Bạn phải cung cấp thông báo thuế từ Cục Thuế Úc (ATO) cho 3 năm tài chính trong vòng 5 năm giữ visa tạm thời của mình (không yêu cầu mức thu nhập tối thiểu hàng năm, nhưng việc nộp thông báo thuế là bắt buộc).

Be under 45 years of age at the time of receiving an invitation to apply.
Occupation
The nominated occupation must be listed on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).
Skills Assessment
Obtain a positive skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for the nominated occupation.
English
Demonstrate at least Competent English. English test results must be valid at the time of invitation and visa application.
Health and Character Requirements
Completing a health examination using a HAP ID.
Providing police clearance certificates from any country where you have lived for a total of 12 months or more during the last 10 years.
Subclass 191 Visa Streams

Regional provisional stream
– Phải giữ visa tay nghề tạm trú phù hợp (491 hoặc 494) trong ít nhất 3 năm sau khi grant.
– Tại thời điểm nộp visa thì thông thường bạn đã sống, học tập và làm việc ở vùng regional của Úc ít nhất 3 năm từ khi grant visa hợp lệ thì mới đủ điều kiện cho visa này.
– Bạn không cần chủ bảo lãnh hoặc người đề cử để nộp visa.
– Không có yêu cầu mức thu nhập tối thiểu theo từng năm trong 3 năm giữ visa tạm trú hợp lệ

Hong Kong stream
– Bạn phải sở hữu hộ chiếu Hồng Kông hoặc hộ chiếu British National (Overseas).
– Phải giữ visa tay nghề tạm trú phù hợp (457, 482 hoặc 485 dựa trên điều kiện phù hợp) trong ít nhất 3 năm sau khi grant.
– Tại thời điểm nộp visa thì bạn đã sống, học tập và làm việc ở vùng regional của Úc ít nhất 3 năm trên visa hợp lệ thì mới đủ điều kiện cho visa này.
