- Your occupation must fall within ANZSCO Major Groups 1, 2, 4, 5, or 6.

- This stream is designed for skilled individuals sponsored by employers under an approved Labour Agreement.
- Your sponsoring employer must have a valid Labour Agreement in place with the Australian Government.
- Visa Validity: Up to 4 years, as governed by the clauses of the relevant Labour Agreement.

- This stream allows family members to apply as subsequent entrants to join a primary 457 or 482 visa holder in Australia.
- You must provide evidence that you are a family member of a primary Subclass 482 or 457 visa holder.
