He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia (National University of Colombia). Regarding this positive outcome, he only submitted the Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) to successfully demonstrate his competencies as an environmental engineer as per EA requirements.
